EasyCut guide plates
Proven components for maximum compatibility
EasyCut guide plates
A major practical advantage: The proven guide plates are adopted identically from the ECII modular system.
This not only simplifies spare parts inventory but also guarantees the familiar, reliable functionality.
Version
Thicknesses of 4, 5, and 6 mm for optimal adaptation of the mowing system to the existing angle bar.
The guide plate can also be used as a spacer plate in conjunction with roller guides on EasyCut Comfort and Premium systems.

Key features at a glance:
One component,
two functions:
Depending on the direction in which the plate is mounted, it functions either as an active knife guide or serves purely as a spacer plate.
Versatile
variants:
The plates are available as 2-, 3-, and 4-hole versions in various lengths (dimension –X: 104 mm, 180 mm, and 256 mm).
Perfect
alignment:
Together with the three available mounting dimensions of the guards
(12 mm, 14 mm, and 17 mm), the mowing system can be optimally configured to the geometry of the respective cutter bar.
Simple
color-coding system:
To prevent mix-ups in the workshop or in the field, the different plate thicknesses are color-coded. The material thickness is also visibly stamped on the parts (see table).

It is essential to ensure the correct installation direction during setup. The plates have off-center holes for two functions.
The arrow direction on the plate provides specific guidance here.
Standard and Comfort version

The plate functions as a guide plate and guides the knife back at the rear edge (see stamped arrow direction for spacer and guide plate, as well as specifications for material thickness and identification number) to ensure proper functioning of the mowing system.
Premium version

The guide plate rotated by 180° has no guiding function. The guidance of the knife back is handled by the bottom-guiding roller.
