The newly formed company is led by Selina Schumacher who represents the third generation. Our cutting and drive systems are produced at our two factories in Eichelhardt. Here, our experts for cutting systems, crop lifters and drive systems manufacture the technology for the perfect harvest.

SCHUMACHER GmbH was founded on 1 September 2020 by merging the following long-standing brands into one group: Gebr. Schumacher, EWM Eichelhardter Maschinen- & Werkzeug GmbH and the SCHUMACHER.plus sales organization.

Schumacher Bergische Werke GmbH
Schumacher Bergische Werke GmbH joined the GROUP SCHUMACHER in 2000 and is the knotter expert in the global group. The company emerged from a blacksmith shop that was founded in 1827 in Solingen, a city closely associated with high-quality knives in Germany. Today, the company is based in Wermelskirchen from where it delivers our products to the world.
Another focus is on components for combines and forage harvesting equipment. Its knives and sections for cutter bars, straw choppers and disc mowers are marketed under the radura® brand.
