The Schumacher Crop Lifters
Maximize your yield with the crop lifter
Credit where credit is due
Crop lifters have a long tradition at Schumacher, as a quick-release crop lifter developed by Gustav Schumacher marked the beginning of the company's successful commitment to cutting systems. Today, crop lifters remain indispensable for harvesting cereal crops in many harvesting regions around the world:
For use with lodged grain, short-stemmed cereal varieties, and low-hanging ears & pods
For use with low-growing crop types
Safe and low-loss feeding of harvested material into the cutting system
THE ORIGINAL
Standard Crop Lifter Generation L
Our crop lifters feature the WaveTrack profile
Maximum cleverness
With Generation L, SCHUMACHER offers improved ASL and CML crop lifters that support users in their demands for long service life and loss minimization during harvest. For optimal operational safety, the ASL and CML Generation crop lifters feature the WaveTrack profile. The wave profile increases the service life and safety of ASL and CML.
Maximum yield
Thanks to the raised and angled SlimProfile of the Generation L crop lifters, the plants are guided sufficiently high over the knife in the cutting area without interfering with the reel operation. This maximizes yield.
The Advantages
Tool-free installation and height adjustment
Significantly improved crop pickup and higher threshing performance through optimized material flow
Greatly reduced harvest losses
Lower wear on the entire machine, as less soil material and undergrowth enters the machine
Excellent driving dynamics and stability

Quick-Release
Install the crop lifter easily with three simple steps
The birth of the quick-release mechanism on the crop lifter dates back many years. Company founder Gustav Schumacher developed this function from practice for practice through hours of work. This invention served as a decisive milestone for the founding, development, and success of the corporate group.
Quick-release using locking clip
Permanently secure fit through clamping in a spool nut
3-position height adjustment capability

1
Slide into the spool

2
Pull over the knife guard

3
Engage locking clip

Here you will find all our crop lifters

Standard Crop Lifter
ASL Series
Several million of these crop lifters are in use all over the world. Almost all major combine harvester manufacturers use the standard crop lifter in their series equipment. We recommend this type for normal harvesting conditions.
Tool-free installation with height adjustment
Attachment with quick-release
Excellent driving dynamics and stability
Various mounting dimensions
Types
Various mounting dimensions for optimal adaptation to all knife guards available on the market

Standard Crop Lifter
CML Series
A crop lifter for Claas cutting systems with fixed bolting to the knife guard, available in two geometries for different cutting heights. CML crop lifters, like the ASL series, feature a wave-shaped WaveTrack skid that increases wear resistance by approximately 20%.
Installation through simple plug/screw connection
Closed stem lifting profile (slimProfile) to prevent reel tine interference
Design
CML-300 Normal cut
CML-400 Low cut

Special Crop Lifter
SK Series
A special crop lifter equipped with a reinforced skid for difficult harvesting conditions with a maximum load capacity of approximately 50 kg.
Simple and secure installation
Attachment with quick-release
High driving stability
Various mounting dimensions
Design
Variant with steel tip -S- for pea harvesting or other lying crop types

UNIVERSAL Crop Lifter
UK Series
A special crop lifter equipped with an additional rear-supported skid for particularly difficult harvesting conditions with a maximum load capacity of approximately 100 kg.
Simple and secure installation
Attachment with quick-release
High driving stability
Various mounting dimensions
Design
Variant with steel tip -S- for pea harvesting or other lying crop types
