Our whistleblowing system

Legal requirements, internal policies and our jointly developed Code of Conduct define the values that we share as a long-established family business.

The success of our company also depends to a large extent on our reliability, honesty and integrity. To ensure that our organisation meets the standards of ethically impeccable and legally compliant conduct, it is essential to become aware of legal and regulatory violations.

For this reason, to investigate and prevent violations, we have set up an externally operated internal reporting office in the form of this
whistleblowing system. This ensures maximum protection for whistleblowers, affected persons and employees involved in investigating the reported misconduct. Discrimination against whistleblowers and all persons who contribute to investigations within the company is not permitted. Affected persons are presumed innocent until the violation is proven. Investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality. The information is handled in a fair, swift and protected process.

All colleagues and our business partners (suppliers, customers, etc.) have the opportunity here to report violations of laws, the Code of Conduct and policies—also anonymously.
