Global integration and coordination of group expertise in combine harvester components | Consolidation of product development and customer service
GROUP SCHUMACHER is a development and service partner for systems and components on combines and square balers. By expanding its technical team to take on a Global Product Manager Combine and a Service Engineer, the group strengthens its position as a specialist for cutter bars and straw choppers on combine harvesters.
New combine product manager position
He joined the company in 2015 and has since worked at R&D. In his new position, Thomas pools all company activities in the combine business around the globe and advances the global integration and coordination, making full use of his practical expertise. This way, customers will be provided with a comprehensive range of cutting and chopping products that suit their individual harvest conditions. As a student of Hohenheim University, Thomas Wilmsmann acquired early in-field experience in Canada and Russia and also serviced equipment for a farm machinery manufacturer.
