ProCut QuickFit
The ProCut QuickFit® section replaces the traditional fastening method and relies on maximum stability through positive locking – for a fast, secure change directly in the field.
ProCut Blade
Whether grass, grain, soybeans, or sunflowers, ProCut standard blades ensure the perfect cut. They offer a suitable solution for every crop and every harvest situation.
ProCut Air Blade
The weight-reduced mower sections from SCHUMACHER can be installed in all existing headers and cutting systems. They are compatible with existing mower sections and can significantly increase the performance of a machine.
Special Blades
Schumacher special blades offer customized solutions for specific customer requirements. They are used for harvesting special crops, such as sunflowers. In the cutter bar, additional special blades are used as end or clearing blades at the beginning and end areas as well as in the overlap area.

EasyCut 3 ProCut QuickFit® section
The QuickFit® ProCut section replaces the traditional fastening method and relies on maximum stability through positive locking – for a fast, secure change directly in the field.
Quick Change:
Loosen nuts exclusively from above, no counter-holding required, remove blade forward
Locking Plate:
Unique positive locking connection transfers tensile forces from section to section and significantly enhances overall stability of the cutter bar.
Durability:
Through-hardened quality steel for long service life – even with foreign object and stone contact.
Section Modulus:
Parallel, overlapping reinforcement in the upper area – particularly advantageous when using reel lifters.
Version
Blade types with 4 tpi, 7 tpi, 11 tpi, and 14 tpi serration for different crops and harvest situations.
TPI – Teeth per Inch
TPI stands for "Teeth Per Inch" and describes the number of teeth per inch (2.54 cm) of a section.
The higher the TPI value, the finer the serration – and vice versa.
