Perfect Harvest App

GROUP SCHUMACHER offers a new mobile service for all smartphones. The application Perfect Harvest App is designed to optimize the operation of the Easy Cut cutting system and therewith, to increase harvest potential of combine harvesters.

The App makes it easy to take the right conclusions from wear symptoms, to improve adjustments of the header components and to exchange parts correctly.

The App is the ideal companion for every harvester man, if drivers or mechanics, who are in charge of a proper maintenance of headers.

Tips for all components of the Eay Cut cutting system are displayed well-arranged. Various fotos show what’s it all about with wear symptoms and adjustment of reel and knife drive.

A special feature is dedicated to wear of sections. With foto comparison of a section in use with a new one, the user can judge the degree of wear and finally calculate the extra fuel consumption due to use of worn knives.

The results can be saved in the App archive.
